Job Description

Looking for E-Commerce Manager for a well reputed skincare and haircare company based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth on marketplace channels (Amazon & others) to achieve company targets.
Manage and optimize
Amazon PPC campaigns
, with strong knowledge of ACOS, ROAS, CPC, etc.
Utilize tools such as
Helium, Amazon Pi
, and other marketplace tools effectively.
Take ownership of the entire
marketplace P&L
and ensure Month-on-Month sales growth.
Stay updated with marketplace trends, promotions, changes in listings, and platform priorities.
Collect and analyze data on top-selling products, competitor performance, and advertising mechanisms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
account managers
at marketplaces.
Ensure brand adherence to
best practices in listing, SEO, and advertisements
.

Skills Required:

Mandatory:
Prior experience in listing & managing listings on
Amazon
.
Existing relationships with marketplace account managers and knowledge of platform advertising.
Preferred: Experience in the
personal care/Cosmetics/Beauty/ skincare
Good communication skills and ability to think creatively.
