Job Description

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability across all digital channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine positioning.

2. Website & Platform Management

  • Manage the end-to-end e-commerce platform (website/app), ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Oversee product listings, catalog management, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with design and tech teams to optimize UI/UX and ensure mobile-first performance.

3. Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Lead SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor conversion rates, traffic sources, and customer retention strategies.

4. Operations & Fulfillment

  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
  • Establish processes to reduce returns, cancellations, and customer complaints.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.) to track KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Continuously optimize based on data insights to enhance revenue and efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email automation).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of customer experience management and conversion optimization.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and vendor negotiation skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing e-commerce operations.
  • Certifications (Optional): Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce certifications.
