About the Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive E-Commerce & Logistics Executive to handle day-to-day order processing, packaging, and coordination with delivery partners across multiple online platforms. This role ensures our products move seamlessly from warehouse to customer.
Key Responsibilities
Order ProcessingMonitor and process incoming orders across Shopify, Amazon, and quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto).Verify order details and follow company process for fulfillment.Warehouse CoordinationSchedule and oversee product pick-ups from the warehouse.Ensure correct inventory is pulled, packed, and prepared for dispatch.Labeling & DocumentationGenerate and print shipping labels, invoices, and any other required paperwork.Verify documentation complies with platform requirements.Packaging & DispatchEnsure products are packed accurately and securely to prevent damage in transit.Prepare parcels for scheduled courier pick-up.Logistics LiaisonCoordinate with courier and delivery partners to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries.Resolve shipping issues or delays quickly.Inventory SupportUpdate stock levels and flag low or out-of-stock items on all platforms.Process ImprovementSuggest ways to streamline fulfillment workflows and reduce turnaround time
