Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Intern located in Mumbai. The E-commerce Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day e-commerce operations, including managing online product listings, maintaining website content, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with the sales team. The intern will also support digital marketing efforts and promotional campaigns, analyze sales data to identify trends, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Commerce
• Possess Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and identify trends
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience or skills in Customer Service and Sales
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
