Role Overview: As an E-commerce Intern based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations. Your role will involve managing online product listings, maintaining website content, addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with the sales team. Additionally, you will assist in digital marketing activities, analyze sales data to recognize trends, and deliver exceptional customer service.
