About the Role

We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Intern to support our online sales and marketing operations. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with product listing, catalog management, and inventory updates on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Website, etc.)
• Support digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email, paid ads).
• Monitor order processing, returns, and customer queries.
• Work with the marketing and operations team to improve online visibility.
• Analyze sales and traffic data to prepare weekly reports.

Requirements

• Graduate / Undergraduate in BBA, MBA, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) preferred.
• Good communication and MS Excel skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
