Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee
daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation
between marketplace reports and internal financial records.
Validate
payment settlements, commissions, and chargebacks
received from eCommerce platforms.
Identify and resolve
discrepancies in payouts, returns, and refunds.
Coordinate with the
operations, accounting, and marketplace teams
to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage
claim filing
for short payments, wrongful deductions, or commission mismatches.
Prepare and present
reconciliation summary reports
and dashboards for management review.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in
Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
.
Proven experience in
eCommerce accounting or reconciliation
(2–5 years).
Strong understanding of
marketplace financial structures
(Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
Hands-on experience with
Excel, ERP tools, .
