E-Commerce Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Platform & Website Management:
• Manage and maintain the e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
• Upload and update product listings with descriptions and images.
• Optimize website content for user experience and conversion rates.
• Sales & Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
• Generate reports on performance to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Track sales performance and marketing campaign results.
• Marketing & Promotion:
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Create and implement promotional materials and sales strategies.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Inventory & Logistics:
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams.
• Manage pricing strategies and product visibility.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and customer service.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as payment gateways and logistics partners.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques.
• Analytical Skills:
• Strong ability to analyze sales and website data to identify growth opportunities.
• Problem-solving skills to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage customer inquiries and provide support.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,397.72 - ₹37,830.49 per month
