E-Commerce Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Operations and Support Specialist to play a crucial role in our growing e-commerce operations. This position requires a candidate with a strong understanding of the e-commerce industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to assist the Director with various tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the e-commerce industry to support and improve online operations & drive sales growth.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and vendors, maintaining strong relationships to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist the Director with a variety of tasks, providing support and contributing to strategic initiatives.
• Leverage strong exposure to e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators(KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and report finding to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of the e-commerce industry.
• Minimum of 1-3 yrs of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and contribute to team goals.
• Experience in customer service or support roles within an e-commerce environment is a plus.
