E-commerce Executive – Shopify & Marketplace Management

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our online store and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify and major marketplace platforms like Myntra, Nykaa, TataCliq, Amazon, and Flipkart, along with strong Excel and backend management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the eCommerce platforms – product uploads, edits, collections, and backend updates.
• Handle product listings, pricing, inventory, and order management across multiple marketplaces.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams (Myntra, Nykaa, TataCliq, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for listings, promotions, and catalog updates.
• Maintain accurate product data and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Track and analyze product performance using Excel and platform dashboards.
• Support digital marketing and ad teams with backend coordination for campaigns and offers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in eCommerce management or marketplace operations.
• Knowledge of online platforms (Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, TataCliq, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
