Responsibilities: * Manage customer queries via phone, email & chat * Maintain high NPS through effective problem solving * Collaborate with teams on process improvements * Meet KPIs for call volume, resolution time & CSAT
Manage online portals like Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra etc. Maintaining Catalogue and Managing Inventory Taking care of the entire process from uploading products on the panel to including them in ongoing promotions till generating effective sales.
