Job Description

Manage and oversee the entire order processing cycle, from order confirmation to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Handle returns and refunds efficiently by coordinating with logistics and customer support teams to maintain customer satisfaction and minimize losses. Maintain and update inventory and stock records, ensuring product availability, accuracy, and timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Coordinate with the photography and content teams for product photo shoots and follow-ups, ensuring listings are updated with accurate and high-quality images. Monitor and resolve NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases, coordinating with courier partners and customers to reduce failed deliveries and improve delivery success rates. Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth end-to-end e-commerce operations. Prepare regular reports on order trends, returns, and stock levels to support data-driven decision-making and operational improvements.
