Job Description

Role Overview: As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence across marketplaces like Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, and others. This includes product listing, order and inventory management, coordinating with operations, and executing platform-specific growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and catalog updates on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc. Monitor and update stock levels across all platforms to avoid over-selling or stock-outs. Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and dispatches. Analyze platform dashboards, performance metrics, and reports to identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain high product ratings and customer satisfaction. Coordinate during sales campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns-related issues on e-commerce platforms. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize product visibility and sales performance.
