Key Responsibilities

Order & Shipment Management

• Process and manage orders across

  B2B and B2C

  channels.
• Handle

  returns, replacements, and shipment tracking

  for all online orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments to

  e-commerce warehouses

  and customers.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve

  delivery, dispatch, or order-related issues

  .

Product & Listing Management

• Upload and regularly update product information on

  e-commerce marketplaces

  (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Jiomart, etc.).
• Maintain

  accurate product descriptions, prices, images, and stock levels

  .
• Monitor and manage

  inventory levels

  to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and share

  weekly/monthly order and sales reports

  .
• Maintain proper records of

  payments, debit notes, credit notes, and invoices

  .
• Follow up with internal teams and marketplaces for timely

  payment reconciliation

  .

Customer & Marketplace Support

• Handle

  customer and marketplace queries

  through email, chat, or calls.
• Address issues related to

  orders, returns, and product inquiries

  .
• Ensure

  customer satisfaction and positive feedback

  through quick and professional responses.

Key Requirements

• Education:

  Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

• Experience:

  1–4 years in

  E-Commerce Operations / Online Sales

  within the

  FMCG or Consumer Goods industry

  .

• Skills:

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, Word, and marketplace dashboards

  .
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  
• Knowledge of

  e-commerce operations, logistics, and inventory management

  .
• Excellent

  communication and problem-solving

  abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
