Role & responsibilities

E-commerce Executive

• Day-to-Day Operations

  : Manage daily activities across q-commerce and other e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth functioning.

• Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  : Liaise with internal teams (warehouse, finance, marketing, studio, supply chain, brand team) and external e-commerce partners.

• Listing Management

  : Ensure timely product listings, updates, and accuracy of content, images, pricing, and promotions.

• Inventory & Order Management:

  Monitor stock availability, coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch, returns, and resolve order-related issues.

• Promotions & Campaigns

  : Support in planning and execution of sales events, platform-led promotions, and brand campaigns.

• Reporting & Analysis

  : Track platform-wise sales performance, promotional effectiveness, stock movement, and prepare regular MIS reports.

• Compliance & Accuracy:

  Ensure adherence to platform guidelines, pricing policies, and operational SLAs.

• Issue Resolution:

  Act as the first point of contact for resolving operational discrepancies with platforms (cancellations, penalties, payment reconciliations, etc.).

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  : Work with marketing and studio teams for creative asset readiness, content uploads, and campaign alignment.

• Process Improvement

  : Identify gaps in operations and suggest ways to streamline workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Q-commerce is must).
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem with proven experience in managing e-commerce operations; prior exposure to Q-commerce will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of data analysis preferred).
• Attention to detail with problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver within deadlines.
