Job Description

E-commerce & Quick commerce sales support by monitoring customer rating, glance views, conversions, etc. • All products Catalogues are updated & accurately with correct pricing. • Build strong relationships with Internal teams.Manage the daily operations of the E-commerce business & cataloging of products online. Worked on E-commerce & quick-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Zepto, Blinkit, mobile apps. • Manage product listings across platforms. • Ensure sufficient inventory levels are maintained across platforms. • Implement offers & ensure pricing is accurate for all products on all platforms as instructed by E-commerce Manager. • Timely order processing in sync with logistics & supply chain teams. • Daily reporting of no. of orders & product views. • Regularly review website analytics & highlight areas of concern. • Maintain reports & databases. • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. • Generate reports on sales data and present findings to the Ecommerce Manager • Maintain regular communication with operational teams of external Customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues. • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align strategies and achieve common goals. • Organize and participate in meetings to discuss progress and address any concerns. • Preparing data to help Ecommerce Manager for Inventory Planning & forecasting • Submission of MIS reports • Added knowledge of website working.
