Generate and maintain daily MIS reports using advanced MS Excel functions (filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Maintain sales records, manifests, and dispatch labels for audit and operational tracking. Share daily reports with the operations and management teams. Collaborate with the packing and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch. Monitor and manage warehouse stock , ensuring alignment between physical stock and online listings. Assist in handling customer support issues related to order status, delivery, and returns. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. 13 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role. Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms domestic (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Strong command of MS Excel and familiarity with Excel-based reporting tools . Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with inventory/warehouse management tools . Knowledge of e-commerce marketplace policies and compliance requirements.
