Department: E-commerce / Operations Industry: Retail / Online Commerce Location: Kathawada Reports To: E-commerce Manager / Operations Head Job Summary: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order processing, inventory management, product listings, and warehouse coordination to ensure smooth e-commerce execution and customer satisfaction. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end order processing , including fetching orders from platforms, generating manifests and dispatch labels, and coordinating with the dispatch team. Manage inventory records , ensuring real-time updates and availability across platforms. Maintain accuracy in cataloging, content writing/editing, and product grouping , including keyword optimization and template usage specific to each e-commerce portal. Create new product listings and update existing ones; manage bulk uploads/updates on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Snapdeal, 1mg, etc. Prepare and manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBF (Flipkart Fulfilled) shipments and documentation. Generate and maintain daily MIS reports using advanced MS Excel functions (filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Maintain sales records, manifests, and dispatch labels for audit and operational tracking. Share daily reports with the operations and management teams. Collaborate with the packing and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch. Monitor and manage warehouse stock , ensuring alignment between physical stock and online listings. Assist in handling customer support issues related to order status, delivery, and returns. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. 13 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role. Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms domestic (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Strong command of MS Excel and familiarity with Excel-based reporting tools . Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with inventory/warehouse management tools . Knowledge of e-commerce marketplace policies and compliance requirements. Understanding of logistics processes and courier coordination.

In this role, you will contact potential and existing customers by telephone to sell products, offer promotions, and provide information about our services. You must be able to handle rejections, work under pressure, and close sales effectively. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to promote and sell retail products or services. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Respond to customer inquiries, handle objections, and resolve issues professionally. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, or customer referrals. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, call volume, and conversion KPIs. Record all sales calls, customer feedback, and order details in CRM software. Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and company policies. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth order processing. Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude on every call. The role involves vendor management, cost negotiations, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely delivery to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of retail supply chains. Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate new suppliers/vendors and maintain strong working relationships. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness. Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders based on inventory requirements and sales forecasts. Monitor supplier performance, product quality, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and sales teams to manage stock levels efficiently. Conduct market research to stay updated on product trends and price fluctuations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 24 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the retail industry. Knowledge of supply chain procedures and vendor management best practices. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with retail inventory systems and POS data analysis. Experience in handling imports or sourcing from multiple regions (if applicable). Knowledge of product categories relevant to the companys retail offerings.
