E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

We are basically a kids manufacturing company, marketing our products in our own brand name, We are now looking for an experienced E-commerce executive to handle our online orders (Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra etc).

Minimum 2 year of experience in the same field is compulsory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Management:

o Listing update and manage product on ecommerce platforms (e.g. Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon).

o Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.

2. Order Processing:

o Monitor and process online orders efficiently.

o Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

3. Customer Support:

o Address customer queries and complaints via email, chat, or phone.

o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Data Analysis:

o Track sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports.

o Provide insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.

6. Inventory Management:

o Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to avoid stockouts.

Qualifications:

· Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Tirupur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
