An eCommerce despatch operations role involves managing the process of fulfilling online orders,from packing to shipping. This includes ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery, and efficient logistics. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, managing and handling customer inquiries related to shipping. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment: Process and prepare orders for shipping, including packing, labeling, and generating shipping documents like invoices and packing lists. Logistics Coordination: Work with logistics partners and courier services to schedule pickups, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery. process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Compliance: Ensure adherence to shipping regulations and internal procedures. Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on dispatch performance, such as on-time delivery rates and cost-effectiveness.
