E-Commerce Executive

Job description

We are looking for a candidate to Manage Ecommerce Business, Listings, Cataloguing, FBA, Running Campaigns etc

As time progresses additional responsibilities will be handed over to the candidate such as content creation, enhancement and platform management according to their capabilities and potential.

1. Product listing on Ecommerce sites such as Amazon.

2. Handling Logistics

3. Inventory management

4. Listing quality control

5. Maintaining and enhancing brand content

6. Inventory Sync: Monitor stock levels, update inventory across platforms, and flag shortages.

7. A+ Content/Catalog Quality: Ensure accurate and visually appealing A+ content, and report marketplace errors (e.g., shuffled images).

8. Performance Metrics: Track sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback; implement improvements.

9. Customer Queries: Address marketplace messages/emails regarding orders, returns, and product details.

10. Promotions: Assist in running marketplace campaigns (discounts, lightning deals).

Desired Candidate Profile

1. MS Excel

2. Excellent Computer Skills

3. Good English

4. Good Communication Skills

5. Capable of Working on Sales Target

6. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

7. Experienced in e-commerce (Amazon/Filpkart preferred).
