Purpose of Role/Job Summary: This position will support eCommerce operations across our multiple eCommerce accounts. Responsible for creating product listings and operations on Ecommerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, etc.; manage order processing and dispatch, day to day Operations and taking regular updates. This role will also liaise and collaborate closely with eCommerce, Manufacturing, Planning, logistics etc. to ensure all service expectations are met. Main Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Manage Product Catalog and update listings on the platform. Keep editing the listings. 2. Collaborate with planning and eCommerce team on creating the forecasting plans and help in designing operations infrastructure to support the forecasting. 3. Manage relationship, coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, generate reports to review operations and support day to day operations. 4. Manage Day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform like preparing daily sales report, scheduling easy ship orders, self-ship orders processing etc. 5. Coordinate with Order fulfilment team, Planning, logistics team on day-to-day management of the eCommerce platform. 6. Coordinate with clients to address their queries, issues and complaints.
