E-Commerce Manager/Executive

Location: Janakpuri Job Type: Full-time Timings: 9:00am to 6:00pm Job Summary: The E-Commerce Manager/Executive will manage and optimize Deve Herbes’ online sales channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata Cliq, Jio Mart, 1MG, Snapdeal etc.), ensuring smooth operations, maximizing sales, and enhancing customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Platform Management: List, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and the company website. Order Processing: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and resolve delivery issues. Inventory Sync: Monitor stock levels, update inventory across platforms, and flag shortages. A+ Content/Catalog Quality: Ensure accurate and visually appealing A+ content, and report marketplace errors (e.g., shuffled images). Performance Metrics: Track sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback; implement improvements. Customer Queries: Address marketplace messages/emails regarding orders, returns, and product details. Promotions: Assist in running marketplace campaigns (discounts, lightning deals). Skills Required: Fresher or Experienced in e-commerce (Amazon/Filpkart preferred). Familiarity with seller panels, SEO, and basic graphic tools (Canva). Analytical mindset (Google Sheets/Excel).
