E-commerce Executive

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage our online store, customer interactions, and digital growth. The role includes uploading and updating products on Shopify, ensuring smooth order flow, handling customer queries on WhatsApp/DMs with empathy, coordinating returns and exchanges, and running basic Instagram/Meta ad campaigns. You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team, gaining exposure to e-commerce, marketing, and customer experience in a fast-growing design-first furniture brand.

• E-commerce (Shopify):

• Upload and update products with photos, descriptions, and prices.
• Keep track of inventory and ensure smooth order flow from website → warehouse → courier.
• Improve product pages and checkout flow to increase sales.

• Customer Experience:

• Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and email.
• Give quick, polite, and brand-aligned replies (romantic + helpful tone).
• Manage returns, exchanges, and delivery updates.

• Digital Marketing:

• Run basic Meta/Instagram ad campaigns (training will be provided).
• Track performance metrics (clicks, sales, cost per order).
• Work with founder + content team to plan promotions and retargeting.
