E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage the end-to-end daily operations of our online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for handling order processing, packing, consignment management, and all other e-commerce operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management:
• Process and manage daily orders across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
• Ensure accurate and timely packing of daily orders.
• Coordinate with courier partners for smooth dispatch.
• Consignment Handling:
• Plan and prepare marketplace consignments as per stock movement trends.
• Generate shipping/consignment labels and pack inventory accordingly.
• Ensure proper documentation and packaging for shipments to warehouses (FBA, Flipkart Smart, etc.).
• Inventory Coordination:
• Keep track of SKU-wise stock levels for smooth order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse or packing team to ensure adequate availability of products.
• Platform Operations:
• Update stock, listings, and pricing on various e-commerce portals.
• Monitor performance metrics like order defect rates, delays, and returns.
• Operational Tasks:
• Handle tasks like label printing, invoicing, updating dispatch records.
• Collaborate with logistics and internal teams for smooth execution of daily operations.
• Address packaging material needs and restock as required.
• General E-commerce Support:
• Assist with listing uploads, campaigns, promotions, and price changes.
• Take initiative in improving operational efficiency.
• Handle any other responsibilities that fall under the broader scope of e-commerce operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream; preference for candidates with commerce or business background.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
• Proficient in MS Excel, label generation software, and basic inventory tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
