Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day eCommerce operations, including product listings, order processing, digital marketing, and customer experience enhancements. You will play a key role in driving online sales growth, improving website performance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Key Responsibilities:Ecommerce Operations: Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates across multiple eCommerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, WooCommerce, ). Packing & Dispatching Monitor and process online orders, coordinating with logistics and customer service teams. Handle returns, refunds, and customer inquiries related to online purchases. After sales support to clients. Digital Marketing & Promotions: Implement promotional strategies (discounts, bundles, flash sales) to boost conversions. Analytics & Reporting: Generate sales reports and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Stay updated on eCommerce trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online retail. Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc.). Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Why Join Us?
