About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, digital marketing campaigns, and day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure smooth order processing and a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.)
• Oversee drop shipping operations and coordinate with suppliers for timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate product catalogs, including descriptions, pricing, and images
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking
• Optimize product listings using SEO-friendly content, keywords, and high-quality visuals
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular sales and marketing reports
• Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to execute promotions and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and product optimization
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
