We are excited to share an opportunity at our growing Organic Wellness brand, where we specialize in premium supplements and herbal teas. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced E-Commerce & Digital Sales Manager to help us expand our online and global sales presence.

Organic Wellness showcases a harmonious blend of social responsibility and environmental accountability. Nestled in the pollution-free environment of Babai, Bundelkhand, our state-of-the-art plant pioneers a unique business model benefiting farmers, employees, customers, and the planet. Through the crafting of over 250 authentic organic products – teas /tisanes, Food Supplements, Superfoods, Grocery and personal care. We aim to heal the world and raise awareness about India's millennia-old traditions.

About the Role:

Your core responsibility will be to increase online sales through our website and platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and global marketplaces. You’ll plan digital campaigns, manage product listings, and improve customer experience across all online touchpoints.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize our e-commerce website 
  • Run digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube)
  • Improve SEO, conversion rates, and website performance
  • Handle Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, and international listings
  • Set up email marketing flows and customer retention programs
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Search Console


Who We’re Looking For:


  • 2–5 years in digital marketing or e-commerce (wellness or organic sector preferred)
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Ads, Meta Ads
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRM/email tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Bonus: experience with Amazon Global/Etsy and export compliance
