We are looking for a meticulous and creative
E-commerce Content Executive
to manage all listings and content operations for Mosaic we'llness across 3 brands on various marketplaces
. This role involves owning every aspect of listing quality from product titles, descriptions, pricing, and images to ratings and content accuracy ensuring our brand stands out in both platforms beauty and fashion ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Listing Setup Optimization:
Create, manage, and update product listings on
across marketplaces such as Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho and Purplle
. Write compelling product titles, bullet points, and descriptions aligned with platform-specific tone and search algorithms.
Ensure listing accuracy in product attributes such as ingredients, size, form factor, variant mapping, ingredients, and usage details.
Regularly audit listings for completeness and fix issues such as inactive SKUs, mis-categorization, or missing content
2. Content Quality Brand Presentation:
Maintain consistent brand tone and storytelling across Nykaa and Myntra, ensuring listings reflect the brand s visual and verbal identity.
Collaborate with the design team to curate high-quality product images, model shots, and creative banners adhering to each platform s specifications.
Upload and manage
A+ content
or Enhanced PDP content
(where applicable).
3. Pricing, Promotions Offers:
Update and verify product pricing, promotional discounts, and visibility during events like
Nykaa Pink Friday
, Myntra EORS
, End of Season Sale (EOSS)
and other such marquee events Track competitor pricing and identify opportunities to optimize positioning while maintaining profitability.
4. Ratings, Reviews Customer Feedback:
Monitor customer ratings and reviews on Nykaa and Myntra to ensure brand reputation and product perception remain strong.
Coordinate with customer care and product teams to address recurring feedback themes.
Support initiatives to increase genuine reviews and engagement.
5. Coordination Reporting:
Work closely with category, marketing, and design teams to ensure all product launches and updates go live on time.
Track listing health metrics, content scores, and PDP conversion data to recommend improvements.
Maintain master content trackers and ensure version control across platforms.
Qualifications Skills:
Education:
Graduate degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1 2 years of experience in e-commerce content management, preferably within beauty or personal care categories.
- Prior experience managing listings on Nykaa , Myntra , or similar platforms is strongly preferred .
Core Skills:
- Excellent written English and strong storytelling ability with an understanding of what converts on beauty/fashion marketplaces.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace dashboards.
- Knowledge of image specifications, content tagging, and taxonomy for Nykaa Myntra.
- Eye for design, composition, and product aesthetics.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong coordination skills.
