Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and data-driven E-commerce Associate with a good understanding of the online retail ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, optimizing brand performance on marketplaces (especially Amazon), and leveraging data insights to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and content across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
Analyze sales, traffic, and advertising data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance gaps.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, design, and finance) to ensure smooth campaign execution and stock availability.
Conduct competitor analysis and marketplace research to recommend strategic improvements.
Ensure timely catalog uploads, A+ content creation, and SEO optimization for product visibility.
Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns and offers on marketplaces.

What we're Looking For

6 months 3 years of experience in E-commerce operations
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of data visualization tools (eg, Power BI) is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
