E-Commerce Assistant

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations & Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to product listing, inventory management of the store, order processing, logistics, and customer handling. You should have a strong knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart platforms, as well as expertise in handling online campaigns and generating MIS reports. Additionally, you will be involved in keyword planning for promotion, budget planning and execution, and internal promotion planning.

Responsibilities:

1. Listing products on various E-commerce platforms, such as Amazon and Flipkart.

2. Managing inventory and ensuring stock availability.

3. Processing orders and coordinating order fulfillment.

4. Handling complete and return processing.

5. Managing logistics and courier processing.

6. Generating MIS reports related to sales, inventory, and other operations.

7. Handling online penalties and resolving any issues.

8. Interacting with customers and addressing their queries and concerns.

9. Assisting in budget planning and executing marketing activities.

10. Examine the levels of supplies and raw materials to determine shortages.

11. Planning internal promotions to boost sales and customer engagement.

12. Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an E-commerce environment with product listing and inventory management is essential.

- Proficiency in using Amazon and Flipkart platforms.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.

- Ability to analyze data and generate MIS reports.

- Familiarity with online marketing techniques and campaign management.

- Prior experience in team working and leadership.

- Prior experience with e-commerce platforms is a must with at least 3 year of experience.

- The individual should be self-motivated & up to the quality level of task fulfilment.

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

- Ability to commute or relocate to New Delhi - 110028, Delhi.
