• Drive projects in the Healthcare Domain with deep knowledge and expertise.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities, building effective professional relationships
  

• Handle enterprise-level projects, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Define project requirements, develop work schedules, and manage timelines effectively.
• Delegate tasks strategically while ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly goals are achieved.
• Inspire, motivate, and guide the team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Required Experience

• 5+ years of development experience in full-stack technologies.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Team Lead / Project Manager.
