Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant with 7-11 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical consulting and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions using Dynamics CRM.
Design, implement, and maintain complex CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Dynamics CRM.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM.
Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics CRM with other systems.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, features, and functionality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Experience with CRM system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to changing priorities.
Strong understanding of business processes and operations, with the ability to analyze and improve them.
