About the Role

D365 Associate Consultant

You’ll collaborate closely with customers, internal consultants, and Microsoft Support to deliver timely and efficient solutions while continually deepening your D365 knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the

  primary point of contact

  for Microsoft D365 Cloud Support issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.
• Configure, customize, and maintain

  D365 modules

  such as F&O, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Support and enhance

  Power Platform solutions

  — including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Integrate D365 with external systems using

  Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and Azure Functions

  .
• Collaborate with senior consultants and escalate issues where needed.
• Provide user training, guidance, and process improvement recommendations.
• Contribute to

  continuous improvement

  of support processes and customer experience.

Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in

  customer-facing technology support roles

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Dynamics 365 modules

  — F&O, Sales, CAustomer Service, Field Service, Business Central.
• Experience in

  custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom entities

  (C#, X++ preferred).
• Hands-on experience with

  Azure Active Directory administration

  .
• Experience integrating D365 with

  legacy and 3rd-party systems

  via

  APIs and Azure Logic Apps

  .
• Exposure to

  Power Platform

  (Power Apps, Automate, BI).
• Excellent troubleshooting and client communication skills.
• Experience working in a

  global, multicultural environment

  .

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certifications:

  PL-900, PL-200, PL-300, MB-230, MB-240, MB-220, MS-900.

• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher

  (preferred).

• Language proficiency:

  C1 level in [insert language, e.g., English / German / French].
