Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications within D365.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules based on business needs.
Provide functional support and troubleshooting.
Work closely with the development and testing teams.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Functional Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong knowledge of CRM and/or ERP modules.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform is a plus.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Availability for 1015 hours/week during Australian hours.
