Job Description

Skill Sets:

Strong collaboration and teamwork
Strong interpersonal skills
4+ years of experience as an implementation consultant or analyst in the functional implementation of Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365
Experience in sales operations, preferably in global/multi-country scenarios
Firm understanding of D365 F&O / Dynamics AX ERP

Knowhow on:

Jira
Confluence

Knowhow on Methodologies:

ITIL-based processes
Agile methodology

Expected Deliverables:

Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned program/project clients
Deliver weekly status reports, either developed directly or in coordination with project managers
Provide program/project progress updates and highlight issues to client stakeholders and delivery management
Conduct business analysis, functional requirement gathering, and process mapping
Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD)
Perform functional installation, configuration, and user acceptance testing
Conduct key user training, go-live support, and post-go-live process improvement
Provide user support
