Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Trainer (Freelance) to train college students in Bangalore on Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules. The trainer should be able to provide practical insights, hands-on learning, and career-oriented applications of Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging sessions on Dynamics 365 modules (CRM + ERP).
• Train students in:

- Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service
- Dynamics 365 Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Commerce, Project Operations- Power Platform tools – Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents

• Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
• Design training materials, case studies, and real-life use cases.
• Guide students on career applications of Dynamics 365 in IT and business roles.
• Ensure sessions are interactive, simple, and aligned with student understanding.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (corporate/academic).
• Strong knowledge of CRM & ERP applications.
• Experience in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Automate) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior training/teaching experience preferred.
• Willingness to conduct in-person sessions in Bangalore.
