Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant L3 to join our team at Visionet Systems Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with excellent technical skills and expertise.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on Dynamics 365 CRM best practices and architecture.
Develop and maintain complex data models, workflows, and integrations using Dynamics 365 CRM features.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and maintenance.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users on Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and usage.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Dynamics 365 CRM development and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM platform, including its architecture, features, and capabilities.
Experience with designing and implementing large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM projects from start to finish.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, X++, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
