Dyeing Supervisor - Textile Industry

We are looking for Dyeing Supervisor for Textile Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day dyeing operations on the shop floor.
• Ensure proper dyeing processes are followed based on fabric type, colour, and style requirements.
• Monitor dyeing machine settings and ensure correct temperatures, timings, and chemical dosing.
• Ensure all dyeing activities meet quality control standards.
• Manage dye recipes, colour matching, and chemical usage.
• Coordinate with the lab and production planning team for shade approvals and batch production.
• Maintain records of production, chemical inventory, and machine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues in dyeing such as shade variation, patchiness, or uneven dyeing.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Train and guide dyeing machine operators and helpers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of dyeing techniques for cotton, polyester, blends, etc.
• Experience with soft flow, jet dyeing, winch dyeing, and garment dyeing machines.
• Understanding of dye chemistry, shade matching, and process control.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety and sustainability practices in dyeing units.
