Serve as a Learning Architect for global learning programs, co-designing scalable and impactful interventions.
Partner with global HR and business stakeholders to develop future ready leadership & functional capabilities
Lead Sales and LD initiatives for India-based business units.
Lead Sales and Leadership Development initiatives for India-based business units.
Facilitate high-impact sessions and workshops including in-person and virtual formats

Your profile

8–12 years of relevant experience in L&D roles, preferably within IT or technology organizations.
Proven track record in sales and leadership development programs.
Strong facilitation skills both virtual and in-person with experience engaging mid to senior-level audiences.
Hands-on experience with digital learning tools like Articulate 360, Storyline, and LMS platforms (preferably SAP SuccessFactors).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
