Job Description: 1. Head of receiving section. 2. All incoming vehicles paper (Invoice/delivery Challan) checked properly and intimate to concerned buyer as well as planner and also gate entry done from security section, then same vehicle sent for unloading at respective area. 3. After unloading of material check consignment properly as per L.R. copy and get acknowledgement properly. 4. After unloading of material, counting material as per delivery /packing copy and properly tagging from contract labour. 5. After counting prepare GRN as per invoice copy/delivery challan copy. If any shortage, give mail to concerned buyer. 6. After preparation of GRN, same offer to QCD (P). 7. After inspection, if any rejection then same intimation given to buyer by Auto mail system. 8. After confirmation from buyer then same rejection material sent back to party. 9. Also he looking Tooling, bearing, valve, rubber good item, maintenance item, Electrical panel, cable, Motor issues to shop. 10. All activities of shelf life items done properly. Please find suitable candidate on priority.
