Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Inventory Management and Control:

Oversee all processes related to the receipt, storage, and issue of materials and components.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures (e.g., cycle counting, physical inventory audits) to maintain high levels of stock accuracy.

2. Warehouse/Stores Operations:

Organize and maintain the layout of the stores/warehouse for maximum efficiency, space utilization, and accessibility.
Ensure all stock is properly labeled, stored, and protected from damage or loss.

3. Safety, Security, and Compliance:

Establish and enforce strict safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) regulations within the stores area, including the safe handling and storage of heavy components.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations,

4. Reporting and Analysis:

Generate and analyze reports on stock levels, consumption rates, Dull inventory, and obsolescence material.
Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

5. Coordination and Communication:

Liaise closely with the Production/Manufacturing/PPC/R&D/ QA department to ensure timely supply of required parts with specific kits
Within a stores team for availability of resources and common material
