Dy Manager-Projects(Facade preferably with Hotel project experience)

Designs, analyzes, and manages the building's exterior, coordinating with architects and structural engineers to ensure aesthetics, performance (thermal, acoustic, wind load), safety, and compliance with codes and sustainability standards like LEED. Key responsibilities include preparing technical drawings, selecting materials like curtain walls and cladding, overseeing contractor bidding, and inspecting on-site installation to guarantee quality and on-time completion.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development:

Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of all facade elements, including curtain walls, glazing, and cladding systems.

Technical Analysis:

Conduct performance analysis for thermal, acoustic, and wind loads to ensure the facade meets design and performance criteria.

Collaboration:

Work closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams, and contractors to integrate facade systems into the overall building design.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare and review facade system drawings, 3D models, and detailed material specifications.

Contractor & Supplier Management:

Evaluate, select, and coordinate with facade contractors and material suppliers.

Quality Control:

Implement stringent quality checks and safety protocols during on-site installation to ensure alignment with design intent and standards.

Site Supervision:

Conduct site visits to inspect facade works, resolve technical issues, and ensure the quality of materials and workmanship.

Compliance & Sustainability:

Ensure all designs and installations comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and relevant sustainability standards (e.g., LEED).

Project Management:

Develop project plans and timelines for facade works, track progress, and report to stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
