Job Description

Handle procurement activities related to civil works and finishing contracts, ensuring timely sourcing and vendor coordination.
Manage procurement for interior works, including clubhouses, entrance lounges, and commercial buildings, in coordination with design and project teams.
Oversee the procurement of Mild Steel (MS) fabrication works, ensuring compliance with structural and technical specifications.
Coordinate with vendors for the design, fabrication, and installation of signage, ensuring adherence to brand and quality standards.
Manage procurement processes for entrance elevation works, including gates, cladding, and architectural features.
Source and evaluate vendors for faade works, ensuring material quality, design compliance, and timely delivery.
Prepare, review, and issue service contract work orders and material supply purchase orders, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Maintain a solid understanding of purchase and work order terms and conditions, including payment terms, delivery timelines, and legal clauses.
Visit project sites as needed to coordinate with site teams, verify material requirements, assess vendor performance, and ensure proper execution of procurement deliverables.
