The role is responsible to drive renewal collections (revenue line) of ~7000 Crs with the support of 3 Call Centers with 150 resources located in Gurgaon, Chennai & Bangalore. KPI for each call center is to engage and enhance renewal collection of assigned renewal due book with the coordination of Field collection & sales team. Renewal collection is one of the key revenue item and carries significant weight of 20% in the Company Scorecard and Top line business as a 60% of revenue of the life insurance business. Hence,for the organization this is a key role who is responsible for driving renewal collections in efficient manner.
The role also represents department in relevant forums which discusses various strategies, highlight concerns and challenges, recommend suggestive action plan, implementing various digital/automation strategies. This role is a strategic and people management role who must drive revenue collections and requires in-depth knowledge of persistency management, understanding of key variable/ levers, strong system knowledge, planning and control over input measures and good understanding of data.
