We are seeking a reliable and efficient Duty Manager for a full-time, on-site position in the Netherlands. The Duty Manager oversees hotel operations during shifts, acts as the primary point of contact for guests and staff, resolves complaints, and ensures compliance with safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across departments like front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage to maintain smooth functioning and high guest satisfaction.hotelprofessionals+1​

• Conduct quality checks in public areas, guest rooms, and front-of-house for cleanliness, safety, and adherence to hotel procedures.radissoncareers+1​
• Facilitate communication between departments, manage shift handovers, monitor staff performance, and support training to uphold service standards.careers.accor+1​
• Review guest feedback, respond to reviews, and contribute ideas for operational improvements or VIP guest handling.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in hospitality management preferred).radissoncareers+1​

Prior supervisory experience in hotel operations, front office, or guest services, ideally 1-2 years in a similar role.huzzle+1​

Strong leadership skills with a helicopter view of operations, excellent problem-solving, and guest-oriented mindset.careers.accor+1​

Excellent communication in English (Dutch a plus), interpersonal skills, and ability to handle stress during peak times.radissoncareers+1​

Familiarity with hotel systems, guest relations platforms, and quality control procedures.careers.accor+1​
