Job Description

The Position:

The Duckcreek Integration Lead Should have minimum 11-15 years of experience with in-depth expertise in the software design, development, and implementation of Integration solutions. The candidate should have good skills in software development lifecycle, messaging patterns, endpoint security, interfaces with internal and external applications, and database knowledge. This includes implementing application specific solutions using API management and Integration software products; leading and teaching others through doing, knowledge sharing, mentoring and training; documenting guidelines, best practices and lessons learned; and, participating in architecture reviews and code inspection sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with and across agile teams to design, develop, test and support Integration between Duck Creek and other interfacing systems.
  • Design and lead the implementation of all Integrations across a group of specific business applications or technologies based on Surplus & Speciality business strategy and business requirements.
  • Creation of re-usable codes/assets/enablers/accelerators as a part of solution office engagement aligning with project or engagement needs.
  • Oversee technical deliverables for projects through software development life cycle, including validating the completeness of estimates, quality and accuracy of technical designs, build and implementation under direct senior super vision.
  • Communicate within a sprint team as well as cross-team for any proposed design or solution while concurrently addressing technical issues and risks in a collaborative manner.

What are we looking for?

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in .Net Core & Web API technologies.
  • Proficient in Duck Creek AMI and AnywhereAPI.
  • Experience in .Net Core & Angular.
  • Thorough understanding of .Net Framework version 4.0 & above.
  • Development experience in both client side and server side .Net environments.
  • Should have experience in C#/VB.Net, ASP .Net, MVC & Entity framework.
  • Experience in SQL Server Database models, Security, Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Indexes and Triggers.
  • Experience in Kong, APIM and other API gateways.
  • Though understanding of DCOD and Duck Creek Conformant standards.
  • Good knowledge on AWS and its configuration.
  • Should be well-versed in handling JSON/XML format files.
  • Property & Casualty IT experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working directly with technical, business stakeholders/leadership in formulating technical requirements to solve business problems
  • Energetic and engaging self-starters possessing strong analytical, communication, organizational and technology skills
  • Will abide by departmental policies and procedures, including authority levels, to comply with C&F’s risk management controls.
