About Us

We're a performance marketing agency helping ambitious D2C brands scale profitably through Meta and Google Ads. Right now, we work remotely, but we're setting up an office in Delhi in the coming months. We're looking for someone who's excited to grow with us and ready to take on a leadership role.

The Role

As a DTC Performance Growth Lead, you'll be the go-to person for a set of D2C brands. You'll lead a team of Media Buyers, work closely with our Creative and Development teams, and directly manage client communication. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape strategy, own performance, and play a key part in scaling both our clients and our agency.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clientsbuilding strong, trusted relationships.
  • Manage our main key accounts.
  • Design and oversee Meta & Google Ads strategies tailored to D2C brands.
  • Guide Media Buyers in day-to-day execution and mentor them to level up their skills.
  • Work with the Creative team to develop ad concepts that perform.
  • Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CAC, AOV, CTR, etc.) and spot opportunities for growth.
  • Share clear, structured reports and insights with leadership and clients.
  • Ensure campaigns are on track, budgets are optimized, and SOPs/Playbooks are followed.
  • Proactively solve client challenges and minimize escalations.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client retention.
  • Report directly to the CMO and Founder.

What We're Looking For

  • 45 years of hands-on experience running performance campaigns (Meta & Google Ads a must).
  • Experience managing D2C/eCommerce accounts with meaningful ad spend.
  • Strong leadership and people skillsyou know how to guide and inspire a team.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management.
  • Analytical mindsetyou're comfortable digging into numbers and finding answers.
  • Organized and proactiveyou can juggle multiple accounts with ease.
