DSA - Sales Manager (LAP)

Job Purpose:

To drive business growth through effective management of DSA (Direct Selling Agents) channel for Loan Against Property (LAP) product. Responsible for onboarding, managing, and nurturing DSAs to achieve business targets while ensuring compliance and maintaining portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs to generate LAP business.
  
• Drive sales through the DSA channel and achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement targets.
  
• Build strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other channel partners.
  
• Train and support DSAs on product features, policies, and documentation requirements.
  
• Ensure timely login, sanction, and disbursement of LAP files.
  
• Monitor business pipeline, maintain MIS, and report performance to management.
  
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.
  
• Maintain portfolio quality by sourcing high credit-worthy cases and reducing delinquency.
  
• Conduct regular market visits to understand competition and business potential.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  Loan Against Property (LAP)

  products and policies.
• Experience in handling

  DSA/Channel Sales

  for retail lending.
• Good relationship management and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to drive sales targets under pressure.
  
• Knowledge of local market and competition.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate
  
• Minimum 5 Plus

  years of experience

  in LAP sales, preferably via DSA channel.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in retail lending.
  

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• LAP disbursement volumes and revenue generation.
  
• Number of active DSAs onboarded and managed.
  
• Portfolio quality (delinquency levels).
  
• TAT (Turnaround Time) in file login-to-disbursement.
  
• Compliance adherence and documentation accuracy.
