Job Description

Job Summary

The DSA Executive is responsible for identifying potential Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), supporting them in generating business, and ensuring smooth documentation and onboarding. The role involves field activity, relationship building, and helping DSAs achieve business targets.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. DSA Acquisition & Support

  • Identify potential DSAs in the local market.
  • Support in DSA onboarding, KYC collection, and agreement processing.
  • Provide guidance to DSAs during activation and initial setup.

B. Business Development

  • Help DSAs generate leads for chit/loan products.
  • Support DSAs during client visits, document collection, and sales closure.
  • Ensure DSAs meet monthly business targets.

C. Training & Product Awareness

  • Explain product details, sales process, and company policies to DSAs.
  • Provide continuous handholding and clarification on doubts.

D. Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular contact with DSAs to ensure active engagement.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required.
  • Motivate DSAs to improve performance and productivity.

E. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure DSAs follow correct sales process and adhere to company policies.
  • Verify documents collected through DSAs for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prevent any policy violations, mis-selling, or fraudulent activities.

F. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily/weekly DSA activity and performance reports.
  • Update DSA status to the DSA Manager/Branch Manager regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Documentation, Accounts, HR, Admin) for DSA-related matters.

4. Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Plus Two / Degree
  • Experience: 0–3 years in sales, fieldwork, DSA coordination, or related functions (NBFC/Bank experience preferred).
  • Freshers with interest in field sales may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,500.00 per month
