DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) Trainer Statewide Travel – Tamil Nadu

Role Summary:

Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training on

  Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem-Solving Techniques

  in an interactive manner.
• Design and update course content, assignments, practice problems, and assessments in line with industry requirements.
• Conduct live coding sessions, coding contests, and mock interviews.
• Track learner progress, provide personalized feedback, and address queries or learning gaps.
• Develop additional study materials, coding challenges, and real-time problem statements.
• Collaborate with the content and academic teams to continuously improve training modules.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in programming and technical interview patterns.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Trainer / Mentor / Instructor in DSA, Competitive Coding, or Programming.
• Strong command over at least one programming language such as

  C++, Java, or Python

  .
• Excellent problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in competitive programming platforms like

  LeetCode, CodeChef, HackerRank, etc.

• Prior experience in guiding students through coding bootcamps, placement training, or technical interview prep is preferred.

Key Skills:

• In-depth understanding of

  Data Structures (Arrays, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Heaps, Hashing)

  and

  Algorithms (Sorting, Searching, Dynamic Programming, Backtracking, Greedy, Divide & Conquer, etc.)

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them effectively.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to different learner groups.

Preferred Experience:

• 2–5 years of training or mentoring experience in DSA / Competitive Programming / Technical Interview Preparation.
• Participation in national or international coding contests is a plus.

Travel Requirements:

• Primarily Chennai-based training (on-campus and in-class).
• Occasional travel to partner institutions or client sites within Chennai or nearby cities if required.
